Electrical Steel Coating for Bonded Lamination Stacks
We provide a broad selection of materials that have been qualified and validated through our processes, ensuring consistent compatibility with bonded stacking, curing, and high-speed motor operation. Our material portfolio covers both electrical steels and special soft magnetic alloys, supporting a wide range of motor applications and performance requirements.
Electrical Steel
We provide a validated selection of non-oriented electrical steels, primarily sourced from leading Chinese steel producers, including Baosteel and Shougang, with whom we maintain long-term and close technical cooperation.
To ensure optimal performance for bonded lamination stacks, electrical steel sheets are coated in-house, specifically optimized for full-surface bonding processes. This approach enables:
- Uniform coating thickness and surface consistency
- High flexibility in adapting coating systems to different motor designs
All electrical steel grades are validated for dimensional stability, magnetic performance, and bonding compatibility prior to series application.
Soft Magnetic Alloy
For high-performance and special-duty motor applications, we provide a validated selection of special soft magnetic alloys, including cobalt–iron (Co–Fe) alloys, suitable for high magnetic saturation and high power density designs.
Supported thickness range:
- 0.05 mm – 0.20 mm
Customer-Supplied Materials
In addition to our validated in-house material portfolio, customer-supplied materials are accepted for prototyping, sampling, and small-batch production.
Customer materials are evaluated and processed according to defined internal validation procedures to ensure compatibility with our stamping, coating (if required), bonding, and curing processes.
